REFUND POLICY
At SparkTech Electrical Services, we strive for customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days. We will assess the issue and offer either a partial refund or a free re-service, depending on the situation. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges. Emergency services are not eligible for refunds due to the immediate nature of the service.
